The Challenge
This project came to life through the best kind of marketing: word of mouth. After seeing their neighbor’s newly completed backyard, these homeowners reached out directly, wanting a similar outdoor living space that balanced relaxation, entertainment, and modern design. The challenge was to deliver a setup that matched the quality of the original while giving it a personality of its own.
The Solution
Our team created a complete backyard retreat featuring a sleek louvered pergola, built-in lighting, and a cozy fire pit area. The layout includes dedicated spaces for lounging, dining, and grilling, everything needed to make staying home feel like going out. Large-format pavers lend a smooth, polished look that has become one of Apple Landscape Design’s most-requested styles.

This design continues the momentum of a growing trend in this subdivision, neighbors referring neighbors. With this project, Apple Landscape Design has now completed six backyards on the same street, each one building on the reputation established by the first.
